Starting with Eureka Patch 7 Hotfix 1, the Catalog Item forms header breadcrumbs adds an unnecessary greater than symbol " > " before the item name when the catalog item has no Category set, and therefore no catalog/category name displayed. See attached comparison screenshot.

"catalog_item" UImacro uses this IF to decide whether to put it in, and this "jvar_element_added" variable must now be being set True by the com.glideapp.servicecatalog_breadcrumb code regardless of whether it adds text.
<j2:if test="$[jvar_element_added]">

When a category is defined, then this is not an issue, because the the category name appears before the " > " as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a catalog item that has no category set. For example, in the base system, open New LDAP Server.
  2. Note the header: > New LDAP Server.

There is no workaround for this Known Error at this time.
