Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Incident > Create New.
- Create a new incident with:
- Impact: 1 - High
- Urgency: 1 - High
- Right-click on the header and select Save.
The record should now have a Task SLAs Related List with a Priority 1 resolution (8 hour) SLA associated.
- Right-click on the Actual elapsed percentage column and select Configure > List Calculations.
- Click Total Value.
- Press OK.
- Right-click on the header and select Export > PDF (Portrait).
When you view the PDF, the word "Total" beneath the SLA is split into 2 lines. Larger list exports can even split this into 5 lines.
