Hidden variables cause order guide tab to show as required when input is not required

When hiding mandatory fields on an order guide, the tab appears to be mandatory and prevents the user from switching tabs and ordering. Mandatory fields can be hidden using client scripts, therefore the mandatory flag should be unset in the same script.

To avoid this enforcement in all order guides:

1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Policy > Properties.
2. Locate the property named Validate mandatory fields when switching tabs in 'Choose Options' section of Order Guides (glide.sc.guide.tab.validate).
3. Clear the Yes option.
