Adding more then six OR conditions in a shortcut and dragging it to the bookmark bar does not work in Internet Explorer

Log in to base system instance using Internet Explorer 9, 10, or 11.

Navigate to Configuration > Applications.

Try to build OR filters with at least 10 to 11 conditions by selecting different model IDs.

Your filter will look like the following example.

Run the filter and view the results.

Note that it does not work.

Repeat steps 1-5 using Chrome and note that step 5 works properly.
