In the business rule Incident Autoclose, the method daysAgoStart() is used to calculate the time. This method returns the start time of the previous day (00:00 GMT). Users see that an incident has been resolved for more than one day, but it is still open because the business rule uses the daysAgoStart() method. By using daysAgo(), the time is calculated at 24 hours ago.
