'Close Incident' UI action reverts to an older date.
Steps to Reproduce
After upgrading, view the Close Incident button, which reverts to an older version.
There are two possible workarounds which can be used to provide relief from this issue:
- You can deactivate the Close Incident UI action, or
- You can change the fields below on the Close Incident UI action back to their pre-upgrade values, for example:
Condition: current.incident_state == 6 && (gs.hasRole("itil_admin") || gs.getUserID() == current.caller_id)
Script: current.incident_state = 7; current.update();
