Customer has upgraded to Eureka Patch 1.

When viewing a quick messages the format looks fine from System Policy - Email - Quick Messages. Once they are then opened from an Email client then it looses all the formatting.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to System Policy > Email > Quick Messages.
Open a quick message and note the formatting.
Navigate to Incident > All.
Open any incident.
Click the email icon to open the email client.
Select the quick message you opened previously.
Note that the formatting is not preserved in the Message Text field.


Set the quick message Body field to the HTML type. You will need to reapply any formatting that was present when the type was String.
