In a translated instance, when the short description of a knowledge base article is updated and then a knowledge search is done using the knowledge icon on the incident form, the short description is displayed in English, not the translated language.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to a base system instance.
  2. Install the I18N: Knowledge Management Internationalization plugin.
  3. Select the German language.
  4. Navigate to incident.list.
  5. Open an incident.
  6. Click on the knowledge icon next to the Short Description field.
  7. Note one of the articles shown there.
  8. Navigate to kb_knowledge.list.
  9. Filter the article noted in step 7.
  10. Update the short description there.
  11. Wait for few seconds until the text_index event is processed.
    You can verify this by going to sysevent.list table and filtering text_index events created today.
  12. Repeat steps 4-7.
  13. Notice that the short description is still reflecting the original short description (the short description is actually the English version of the knowledge base article). 

Expected results: The translated version of the short description is displayed in step 12.

Actual results: The English version of the article is displayed in the short description in the step 12.
