If a visual task board is created with a filter that uses a javascript: expression to compute a value, such as submitter=javascript:gs.getUserID(), the result of computing that value may vary between users. For example,
if Abel Tuter accesses the task board, it syncs to show tasks he has submitted. If at the same time Fannie Steese accesses the board, it syncs to show tasks she has submitted. The result is the task board continuously rebuilds itself.

  1. Create a visual task board on the Incident [incident] table with a filter condition of submitter=javascript:gs.getUserID().
  2. Move some task cards around.
  3. Add a different user to the board as a member.
  4. Sign in as the new board member and open the board.
  5. Sign back in as the first user.

Note that the cards have returned to their original positions.

There is no workaround for this Known Error at this time.
