Every time a user creates a Category Request via record producer, the console shows a stacktrace:

Table 'EurekaRC2_16012.sc_cat_item_producer_service' doesn't exist

Steps to Reproduce

Ensure that the Service Creator plugin is not installed (for Eureka and Fuji).
Go to Self-Service > Service Catalog > Can We Help You?
Open an Item Designer Category Request.
Populate the fields and submit.
Look at the system console where a stacktrace is shown.


There is no workaround for this Known Error at this time.
