When searching for a term using global search, results from the knowledge base are returned, but if I click on the Knowledge search results group header, I receive the error: "Your search term - - did not return any results."
Steps to Reproduce
- Search for computer (with or without quotes) in the global search.
- Click the Knowledge Base search results group header directly above the returned results.
Until this problem is resolved, complete searches using the Knowledge Search available here: hi.service-now.com/kb_home.do.
