Email messages from mailer-daemon are not being ignored by the platform as they should be and this is causing instance email degradations.
Steps to Reproduce

Update the conditions for the Ignore sender email filter.
- Activate the Email Filters plugin.
- Navigate to System Mailboxes > Administration > Filters.
- Open the Ignore sender filter
- Change the Conditions to the following:
[Header] [contains] [mailer-daemon] OR [Header] [contains] [postmaster]
These conditions work because the header includes the From field.
- Save the filter.
- Restart the instance.
