Customer administrators are HI users with the customer_admin role. Customer administrators create and manage users on HI, the ServiceNow Customer Service System at hi.service-now.com. ServiceNow requires all customers to have at least one customer administrator specified at all times.
Customers can identify their customer administrator by navigating to their user profile in HI.
