Description

The generated HTML does not always render properly in the knowledge base article. It may expose HTML tags in global search results.

Steps to Reproduce

 

Create a word document and copy the HTML into the knowledge base article.

Workaround

For better results, copy/paste content from a plain text file. This reduces errors caused by copy/pasting from a rich text format such as Word.
