When an exact match is returned through the global search on a CMS page, users are directed to the records outside of the frameset of the CMS. They lose their header and any navigation.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the ess portal ([INSTANCE NAME].service-now.com/ess).
- Use the global search box in the upper right to search for the number for any task on the instance (for example, INC0000002).
The record opens without the default CMS navigation in place. See attached screenshots for examples of current and expected behavior.
There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field below to determine the versions that have a permanent fix to this issue.
