Determining if all columns are mentioned

  • Imported data is incomplete.
  • Records do not contain recently added columns.
  • Source data includes addtional columns, but they do not appear in the transform map or imported records.
The current import table is not being updated to include new columns that have been added to source data.

  • Determine which Import Sets are missing the desired information.
  • Locate the associated Transform Maps for the affected imports.
  • Use the Auto-Mapping tool to see if the desired columns are listed. If so, add them to the Transform Map to resolve the issue. Otherwise, proceed with the next steps.
  • Type Dictionary in the filter text field to list the tables and columns on the instance.
  • Click on the New button to create a new dictionary entry.
  • Update the required fields in this form to create the missing column of the import set table. Repeat this step for the other columns that need to be added.
  • Locate the desired Data Source and use the Test Load 20 Records link.
  • Find the recently created import set and confirm that the desired columns have been populated.
