Troubleshooting LDAP Import – Missing data as a result of LDAP configuration issue
This issue is related to data import from LDAP. Data is successfully imported into a staging table, but some of the data (field attributes) is missing.
- Import says complete, but not all data is present
- User cannot log in through LDAP
- Data discrepancy after import
The LDAP configuration page has a field called Attributes. If the list of attributes does not include all needed attributes, missing data can occur.
To solve the issue, include all the required attributes in the Attributes field.
|Note: Make sure the LDAP user we use to import can access all the attributes we specify in the Attributes field.|
