Backing out of an update set that created one or more dictionary entries does not always delete the associated database schema entries.
Steps to Reproduce
- Commit an update set that creates dictionary entires.
- Back out the update set.
This deletes the records from application dictionary, but not from the database.
- Re-commit the update set that was backed out.
This generates commit errors (because the columns already exist in the database).
Contact ServiceNow Customer Support to manually drop the database columns in question.
