Determine what time an upgrade is scheduled to start


When an upgrade is thought to have failed, very often the upgrade has not started yet because the scheduled start time has not been reached.


To determine what time the upgrade will start: 

  1. Navigate to System Scheduler > Today's Scheduled Job.
  2. Search for the job Upgrade and click the job to edit it.
  3. Check the time in the Next Action field. Update if necessary.


Please note that the Max drift on the upgrade job should be set to 0, which it is out of box.
