Troubleshooting an upgrade that did not start 


  • The scheduled upgrade does not start
  • Upgrade is not running
If a scheduled upgrade does not start: 
  1. Check the Upgrade scheduled job to determine if the Next Action is set to the correct time. This is the time the upgrade will check in to try to run again.
  2. Check the Upgrade scheduled job to verify if the System ID is set to None.
  3. The Upgrade Client script include will assign the job to the appropriate node, so one should not be specified.
  4. Verify that the glide.war system properties are set to the correct values.
  5. Check the Upgrade Log for errors.
