Mailto links with URL as deep link containing characters with "accent" doesn't correct encode it correctly. The character é becomes &e.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new email template and add ${mailto:my_template} in the message.
  2. Create a new email template with the name as my_template.
  3. In the subject, use a character with the accent é. Send the email.
  4. In your inbox, open the email, and click the mailto link. This will create a new email with a subject (copied from the subject in #3).
Note that the character is not decoded correctly. From the Sent mails folder, it is noticeable that encoding for the accent is incorrect.
