Description

When the user adds an image link to an article, the article becomes blank and the contents are not saved.

This issue happens when there is a different default language other than English (US) in the System Localization properties. When a new KB article is created, the kb_knowledge table fails to update. Instead, the translation_text table is updated. When the short description of a KB article is changed in the List view, the article will revert back to what was in the kb_knowledge table (which is blank if it is a newly created article).

 

Workaround

There is no workaround for this Known Error at this time.
