Verifying if emails are stuck in the Inbox
Sent and received emails can be seen in the System Mailboxes application, where you can view the Inbox, Outbox, and Sent mailboxes. Every time a message is read, an email.read event is created. The Scheduled Job (sys_trigger) then processes the email record.
To verify if emails are stuck in the Inbox:
- Navigate to System Mailboxes > Inbox.
As email messages arrive in the Inbox, the Inbox list should be empty or contain emails that are less than a minute old.
If email messages are stuck in the Inbox, verify that the Scheduled Job is running.
