Issue

Sent and received emails can be seen in the System Mailboxes application, where you can view the Inbox, Outbox, and Sent mailboxes. Every time a message is read, an email.read event is created. The Scheduled Job (sys_trigger) then processes the email record.

Procedure

To verify if emails are stuck in the Inbox:

  1. Navigate to System Mailboxes > Inbox.
  2. As email messages arrive in the Inbox, the Inbox list should be empty or contain emails that are less than a minute old.

  3. If email messages are stuck in the Inbox, verify that the Scheduled Job is running.
