Only the 'To:' addresses are listed in the email log in the recipients field and not copied and blind copied addresses.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Incident > All and go to an incident record.

  2. Click the email button in the upper right corner.

  3. Specify To, Cc, Bcc recipients, and add the message text content.

  4. Send the email.

  5. Preview the email in the email log.

    Note that only the 'To' addresses are listed in the recipients field.
