Description

If you create a pdf export from an incident ticket, the activity information is not exported to the pdf file. In contrast, if you use the printer-friendly option to print the incident ticket, the activity information is available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an existing incident ticket.
  2. Choose Export > PDF.
    Note that the activity information is not exported to the pdf file.

Workaround

This is expected behaviour. Exporting activity log was not in the original design for PDF export, and will be considered as a future product enhancement.

As a workaround, install a separate PDF printer and print to PDF using the normal print option.
