Processing of non-standard HTML code in emails leave blank lines (extra line breaks) and a poorly formatted result in the activity history.

Ideally the tags that are no supported or able to be handled should at least be processed to allow the body text to be parsed in a way that results in a well formatted content that can be added to the comments (or where ever the target value is) rather than just deleting the tags and leaving behind white space.

Steps to Reproduce

The following suggestions can be used to modify the inbound action code in question:

var new_body_text = email.body_text;
new_body_text = new_body_text.replace(/\n{1,}/gmi,"\n");

// please use the variable new_body_text instead of email.body_text

//current.comments = "received from: " + email.origemail + "\n\n" + email.body_text; <--old line removed
current.comments = "received from: " + email.origemail + "\n\n" + new_body_text; // <-- new line using new variable
